An adventurous tale of four friends who live in a small village in South India. Vicchu, Varathu, Vaithi and Venkat Govind earn their livelihood from "Katha Kalatshepam"
(a form of story telling).
Like all of us they have some "WISHES".
There is greed in everyone, and the one who overcomes it, is the more complete and perfect man... and RICHER too.
Hindi and English version "Desi Pundits" was acquired by Turner Broadcasting International for their channels Cartoon Network and Pogo.
Tamil, Telugu(Mayabommalu), Kannada(Koodi Balidare) and Malayalam(Swarna Malika) versions was acquired by ZEE Network for broadcast and good TRP's were recorded in all languages.
